SPAWAR Systems Center Pacific, Code 591

intelliSolutions is a prime contractor providing Tactical Data Link (TDL) Subject Matter Expertise (SME) and engineering support under its SSC PAC Code 591 C4ISR Engineering Services support contract.  As an example, intelliSolutions provides TDL research and analytical support to the Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) program that includes TDL interfaces with other Navy platforms, thus leveraging decades of expertise in the acquisition, interoperability, operation, and maintenance of TDL capabilities.  intelliSolutions is a long-time contractor in Code 591 and has been providing support for more than five years.

PMS 485 – NAVSEA

In support of maritime surveillance systems for PMS 485, intelliSolutions personnel assist in analysis and assessment of advanced concept hardware and software products.  These products support sensors, signal processing, display and visualization, and communications.  Under this work, intelliSolutions is providing acquisition and operational Subject Matter Expertise (SME) for the development of operational concepts for transformational Intelligence, Surveillance, & Reconnaissance (ISR) systems including the Transformational Reliable Acoustic Path System (TRAPS).

PMW 146 at SPAWAR

intelliSolutions has been providing more than eight years of Subject Matter Expertise (SME) and engineering support services for PMW 146 MUOS systems including operational support of MUOS ground stations.  Our personnel document integrated schedule development and maintenance; perform technical representation and coordination with Navy system integration commands & organizations, and SPAWAR & PEO C4I Configuration Control Boards; and provide real-world satellite casualty restoral recommendations for shipboard and shore communications nodes.

PMW 150 at SPAWAR

intelliSolutions provides program management support to the Command and Control (C2) Program Office. For this customer, our personnel provide support including the management of documentation and requirements.  We utilize our expert knowledge of PEO C4I systems such as SPIDER, NDE, and NTIRA.  intelliSolutions helps to manage the Configuration Control Board and supports the development of acquisition documentation to facilitate programs moving through the acquisition process.  Our personnel also support risk management activities, and project planning for installation, baseline change requests, and other issues for the Program.

PMW 170 at SPAWAR

intelliSolutions personnel provide acquisition program management expertise to PMA/W 170, the Navy Communication Program Office, for installation management and tracking.  intelliSolutions employees provide expertise in Team SPAWAR tools such as SPIDER, and facilitate the tracking of program milestones, acquisition document development, and financial reporting on installation procurement and other costs.  Our personnel also maintain relationships with stakeholders across Team SPAWAR in activities such as Fleet Readiness Directorate, Water Front Managers, and In-Service Engineering Agents, to ensure common knowledge and coordination of installation events.

PMW 760 at SPAWAR

intelliSolutions personnel provide subject matter expertise to facilitate shipboard installations of C4I systems.  Our personnel provide expertise in the development of DoD compliant acquisition documentation, installation drawings, and participate and coordinate working groups and meetings to support configuration changes and requirements documentation.  intelliSolutions personnel are expert users of SPIDER and provide updates to the system on a daily basis to ensure common communication of installations and baselines of different platforms in the fleet.

SPAWAR Systems Center Pacific, Code 553 in support of Undersea Warfare Platform Integration (PMW 770)

intelliSolutions has provided more than five years of detailed software support in the design and implementation of the Navy’s Low Band Universal Communications System (LBUCS) supporting the complete design life-cycle for this critical national defense strategic enabling capability. Our software engineers have provided coding and testing support incorporating new cryptographic devices, new RF components, and overall system performance enhancements.

PMA/PMW-101

intelliSolutions is an integral part of ensuring the smooth operation and execution of the MIDS Program Office (MPO).  Our personnel provide front office administrative support, including management of incoming and outgoing correspondence, providing support for calendars and meeting coordination, including ensuring that security clearances are documented for hosted and externally attended meetings.  intelliSolutions personnel also provide facilities management in direct support of the Director of Operations, ensuring facility maintenance and operations.

intelliSolutions also provides subject matter expertise for tracking and reporting of EMC/EMI, environmental conditions, reliability, maintainability, including Built-In-Test (BIT), electrical power, thermal design and cooling, manufacturing, safety, and human factors technical and program requirements.  intelliSolutions personnel use systems engineering principles for the review and technical commentary on specifications and interface documents to facilitate clear understanding and traceability between requirements for the MPO and for prime contractors.  Our personnel also provide engineering support to review test procedure and test cases, and provide technical comments on the MIDS equipment.

SEAPORT-E

intelliSolutions, inc. and its team have the depth and breadth of experience required by SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) to best support the Navy’s Virtual SYSCOM’s requirements for Engineering, Technical, and Programmatic Support Services in all seven geographical zones under the Seaport-e contract . intelliSolutions possesses a strongly innovative and experienced management staff with the knowledge and vision required for efficient and quality execution of existing and future program requirements.

Seaport-e is a Navy Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract (MAC). SeaPort-e provides a common, performance-based vehicle for consistent acquisition processes and policies across Navy and Marine Corps commands while still allowing decentralized ordering. SeaPort-e uses cost and fixed price Task Orders, and requires guaranteed cost savings through reduction methods and volume discounts. This contract allows the Navy and Marine Corps to create cost-effective and integrated business practices for all their Virtual Systems Commands (SYSCOMS).

In our response to the needs of the Virtual SYSCOM, intelliSolutions has supplemented our internal expertise by assembling a team of contractors chosen for their outstanding customer support in the 22 functional SOW areas. Senior Logistics Specialist

This position is located in San Diego, CA.

Mandatory Requirements:
• Knowledge of Navy and DoD organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Sciences, or Related Field.
• Confident interacting with high level military and government civilian personnel.
• Six to eight years of related Navy Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) or other related experience in providing lifecycle/integrated logistics support (ILS) to Navy Programs or platforms
• Experienced in supporting Navy IT systems/equipment on various ashore and afloat platforms.
• Active TOP SECRET clearance, SCI is a plus.
